Hi, crashsoup,
It’s very strange because when you mark a message as approved the plugin doesn’t do anything else… but Tomorrow morning, I’ll will check this web address to try to see something different or that can produce this behaviour of messages.
I’ll say you something in a few hours. Thanks in advance.

In reply to: [reCAPTCHA in WP comments form] Can’t Get Captcha to ShowTry to use the force javascript mode to output de reCaptcha field becasue it seems that divi could be using another set of wp filters to ouptput the standard fields. And about ID section, you just have to put the ID of both elements.
Thanks in advance.

Thank’s Toomas, this is a new information; until now the malfunction it was just related to the old versions of chrome.
I’ll check once again the possible Chrome incompatibilities with javascript code…
Could your send me, please, your complete configuration and the link to the web page for testing?
Thank’s again.
Joan Miquel
Yes, you are right, Toomas.
The question had been marked as resolved becasue in fact, this issue is directly related to the google’s recaptcha module and not to the WP plugin.
I’m so sorry but the Chrome’s malfunction just depends on the google javascript engine… And until now, they haven’t changed anything in its javascript code so the old versions of Chrome don’t pass the test.
In any case, thanks in advance.

In reply to: [reCAPTCHA in WP comments form] Error AJAX CallHi, marnyscom,
At first look, it seems that your wp theme uses a submit buttom with its own identifier (not the tipical #submit id ).Simply, polease, change you the identifier method for buttom in the plugins settings.
If there is other issues, please, then send me some more information about your wp installation: version, theme, other installed plugins, javascrip console content, the site address for cheking…
Thanks in advance

In reply to: [reCAPTCHA in WP comments form] comments not working on mobile phonesThanks for the comment, Stormhill.
I’ve tested the plugin with
* a 5.2 WP installation,
* an android device SAMSUMG and
* the chrome browserand it works perfectly so, could you, please, send me some more information about the configuration of the website where you are testing the plugin?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, beerrnot,
If you want, you can do it… you are allow to use an additional(s) plugin(s) but… in fact, it’s not necessary. Most of cases are perfectly covered with this plugin working alone…
Thanks, and keep in touch,
Joan Miquel

Hello webexpertzntf,
Please, send me some more information about this kind of spam messages… Because if they are sent manually it’s impossible to avoid them because the person who create them, introduces the correctly the recaptcha quiz… otherwise, I’m so glad if you also send me some more information about your current wp installation, active plugins and whatever that can help me to find out what is happening.
Thanks in advance.
Joan Miquel
Thank’s again.

Hi, erkanrua,
I’ve been testing your site and I can see the google recaptcha field in all post with the exception you sent me. However in all pages google is informing you that the google site key is incorrect, so, check it, please (perhaps another plugin is sending its information to google… ).
The unique page with errors is the address that you sent it to me, but, in that page, I can not even see the comments form…
The plugin works in the rest of posts so, please, send me, some more information because, I can’t find out that the issue is related to.
Thank’s in advance.

Hi, erkanrua,
I’ve been checking the javascript console through the browser when I’m seeing your web site and I realise that there are some other errors: MoodTools, MIME discrepances, etc.
It seems that there is a compatibility error between the installed plugins so I’d please if you send me some more information about your configuration and installed plugins, etc. because, iin your example page, I can not even see the comments form.
and for exeample here, https://erkanrua.com.tr/safranbolu-drone-cekimim/, I can see the recaptcha field perfectly but, in console, there is an error related with the google site key…
I need some more information. ??
Thank’s in advance.

In reply to: [reCAPTCHA in WP comments form] Captcha doesn’t showHi, jburden.
I’ve taken a look to your website and I can perfectly see the recaptcha field so, i think that you are trying to test the recaptcha while you are logged in as administrator. Remember the plugin never shows the recaptcha field for logged in users.
Also to comment that there are:
a) incompatibilities with contact-form-7 because of the way that contact-form-7 launches their own recaptcha fields… The plugin always loads their javascripts files even when they are unnecessary for the current page
b) a few unresolved open issue threaths related directly with google chrome browser because in some circumstances the browser doesn’t show the recaptcha field however this is not something related with the plugin but directly with the browser.
I hope this information can resolve this situation but, if this is not enough, please send me more information about your wp configuration, other active plugins, etc.
Best,
Joan Miquel
