My website is comedythroughcomedy.com and the blue topbar I want to change it back to black

It only gives me the option to change the background color to transparent. I does not give me a color grid. Is there code to change the background color black?

I tried to go the FTP route I downloaded Filezilla but I dont now how to get it on the site.

My website is comedythroughcomedy.com and the error is showing up on my website.

I have deleted all of the plugins and it still has not worked. I am not sure what to do do solve this problem.

I have contacted my host. They were unable to actually fix the problem with the update. When i did the 3.9 update i could not log on to my admin page. They were able to get me into the admin page but thats about it. I can not make any changes to my website because i cant see the edit pages.

@dynamicwebs.com.au thank you so much i still cant figure it out i may just change hosting because this is a big mess and i cannot figure it out.

I downloaded a new copy of 3.9. Where do i find the wp-settings.php file?
