So I did that and I still got the same result. My picture refuses to update in the “preview” mode. I can see the size difference in the Visual editor, but it just doesn’t come across for some reason.

Thank you. I have done that and it never works. Could be I’m not using the right url since this is a mirror site I’m wanting to upload to. This is the error:

Sorry! I just set up a new MySQL database. I hope this will solve my problem and not create more. I will let you know. Thank you for your help. ??

You mean through Dreamhost? How can I check that?
