In reply to: [WP-Table Reloaded] [Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] Table not displayingI just see the table cells with no content in them, although the content is there in the dashboad (but is also not viewable through the preview button).

In reply to: [WP-Table Reloaded] [Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] Table not displayingHi Tobias
I seem to be having a similar issue but I do not understand how to resolve it from this thread. I wrote to you not too long ago because I am running a Studiopress child theme (Church) on the Revolution Framework (https://www.studiopress). I had written to you because I could not get the donation can shortcodes to work with WPTR. The solution was to add
add_filter( ‘wp_table_reloaded_cell_content’, ‘donation_can_content_filter’ );to my functions.php file. Everything seemed to work fine after that, but this morning, I checked the site and the tables are not displaying on the front end. I can see the table content, but it also does not display when I click the preview button on the WordPress back-end/dashboard.
Awesome. That did it. Thanks Tobias.
I am using the Genesis Framework with the Church child theme from Studiopress. I added the code to the functions.php file, but nothing happened.
Hi Tobias
I am trying to do the same (use the shortcodes for the Donation Can plugin https://treehouseapps.com/donation-can/ inside the cells of WP-Tables Reloaded. The shortcodes ( [donation-can goal_id] ) work fine within the WordPress editor, but are not parsed in WP-Tables Reloaded.
I have a slightly different issue, along the lines of sizing the popup bubble. When I have an event description included for an event, the popup bubble is too long, and the bottom section which includes the desription is cut off. I think a possible solution is to have the popup bubble be a real popup that is overlayed, over the rest of the web site. So the size issues becomes a non-issue, and the bubble is closed after the viewer finishes reading about the event. AS it is, viewers are unable to read event descriptions.

In reply to: 2.5.1 Image/Media Uploader problemsOk,
My symptoms are as follows. I am using WP 2.5.1. I access the admin panel through a redirected link to the WP Admin login window from Joomla. I have seen on other forums as well that in such cases where one is accessing the admin window through a redirected URL, then there are problems with the Media Uploader. I can upload images fine. It is when I try to insert the uploaded images, or images from the gallery or library, that my screen goes blank, and I cannot proceed any further. The image is not inserted into the post in this case.
So now, I logout, and login using /wp-admin. Images insert into post just fine. THere had been suggestions in some posts that accessing the admin front-end through tabs cased a similar problem, but I could not reproduce this. From my end, it seems more like a redirect issue. Accessing the admin front end from the meta tags also works fine. I however to not want to leave the meta on my public site. I need the redirect because I also have other authors for my wordpress, who are not as tech savvy, and will not always remember to type in the /wp-admin to enter the admin panel. Any ideas Otto42??

In reply to: Menus displaced by long postResolved. I tried the links thing, but that did not work. Instead, went and found a plugin for creating multiple pages https://blog.taragana.com/index.php/archive/angsumans-multi-page-plugin-wordpress-2x-plugin-to-create-multi-paged-articles/
The option that comes with the current wordpress editor only allows you to split the post into two pages at most, with the <—more—> tag. Anyway, the multiple pages plugin resolved it for me. Hoorayy!!! Thanks for you pointers and patience.Forum: Your WordPress
In reply to: REVIEW REQUEST: HIV/AIDS|ZIMBABWEThe theme for the blog is aesthetic, but I am not sure if you can still find it on the web. The designer of the theme seems to be venturing more into porn and less so into theme design https://www.dilpu.net/.
I would like to re-do the whole site, changing it into php, but I have very limited knowledge of that, and so am afraid to try that. The site as it is was built using basic html knowledge with rudimentary understanding of php. So any pointers to help are most welcome.

In reply to: REVIEW REQUEST: HIV/AIDS|ZIMBABWEThanks for the feedback thus far although I am a bit confused by some of it. I thought this forum was for asking for help, including reviews of WordPress based sites. Please let me know if I am mistaken in this perception. I also do not understand the bit from Moshu, about links having ‘no-follow’.
Now to some of the technical issues raised which I understood. I did not mean to shout, by using the capitals, just to highlight that there was a link called “publications” on my main site, which would lead you to the wordpress blog.
How do I resize the wordpress to fit the frame. Actually, the set up I currently have does allow the wordpress to fit in the frame on my computer and every other computer I have looked at the site from. The scrolling bars do come up automatically should the viewing window/or screen becoming too small.
I greatly appreciate the feedback thus far.
