@dallas22ca We just tried version 1.0.30 and we have mixed results. Chats are no longer visible, ‘shared’ among clients, but only one is asked to fill out contact details. You can see this behaviour at https://www.aplika.mx

Are you using some type of cache? We have your very same problem, we have narrowed it to be due to the cache.
