Only the third article have a featured image and is well displayed.

And do you have any suggestion to make this work or to debug the problem ?
As said before, I’m sure that the CF7 plugin is well called and has done its work :
I try to debug the plugin and I see that :
– wpcf7_add_shortcode_select() in modules/select.php is well called,
– wpcf7_select_shortcode_handler() in same file is well called and the result is good (var_dump gives me the right result).

I don’t what happens after the wpcf7_select_shortcode_handler() call. May be you can help me on this point.

It is a plugin permitting to compose visualy the page. It comes with the theme I buy.

Just changing the theme (with twelve) and your plugin works. I suspect Visual Composer to interact with your shortcode. Have you example with Visual Composer and your plugin working fine together ?

I don’t know if this could help but with checkbox I have no label.

The box to check is present but impossible to have a label. I try the example given in the Doc.
