Update:

I have been trying multiple things and found that there is a conflict with the WooCommerce plugin (as soon as I deactivate WooCommerce, I can run the SCORM courses, and as soon as I reactivate them .. they don’t work).

For now I’m OK with that, but it’s something to consider even if just because WooCommerce is a well known and used e-commerce solution.

Great plugin guys, but it will be even better (at least for me) if we could run both, woo-commerce and the Cluevo LMS at the same time.

I’m having the same problem (and yes, I’m also using Paypal, but it is happening also with my digital downloads – automatically processed/completed), but in my case it does not matters if I change it back to processing and then again to completed. It will resend the email but the license code is still not showing. In addition, the license count is never decreased (used).

It seems that it was something right between your plugin and something else in my site. I installed another one and this one (also tabbed) is working fine.

Will keep the new one for now. We can skip the troubleshooting steps for now.

Where can I contact the product vendor since I went to their page and so far I have not received an answer there?. This free plugin is the one that it send me to their page to purchase their commercial version, so if I can’t get an answer there, I must escalate here in the public forum.
