I am having the same issue. I have certain external webpages that load in lightbox however now they are not coming up. Here is a link for one of the pages:

The Haas Millwork will not show, however the Kleer Moulding does. On other pages such as

MI Windows show but the Jeld-Wen does not.

Triple checked and the links/setup for all of these are the same. It’s happening on my other pages as well.

I was able to fix this issue by the following CSS code:

}

I’m getting the same issue I’m using AccessPress Store Pro Theme. Their support is blaming it on the plugin.

Having the same issue, though my background is transparent. Tried the CSS and it did not work.

I solved it by running an update query. This is what I used: UPDATE wp_ngg_pictures SET description = alttext

Would it be because the width of some images are less than others? My concern is not the lightbox display, but the thumbnail, some images are short than others.
