Yes I do use a child theme, thanks for the reminder to only change the child.
can you or someone direct me where I can discover functions and how to use the search.php file to load thumbnail sizes images of the posts?

In reply to: Help please, twenty- eleven theme stretching my logo imageI don’t know if this is the best way to do this or if it will cause further problems down the line but I got it to look the way I wanted by changing it to
} #branding img { height: auto; display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; }it seems that removing the height sized it the way I wanted and setting margins to auto centered it.

In reply to: Help please, twenty- eleven theme stretching my logo imageI tried changing the width to the size I want 83px and it just made the image very tiny. I then tried to change the height to 476px and it stayed tiny, even with both inputted. Is there some other script controlling the logo?
How do I get it to display at the size I want it to be, 476px but 83px and not be to big or small?
Any help would be appreciated

and so when i deleted the cache its no longer pointed to the right thing anymore and is corrupt. darn and i dont have a backup of the style.css
i hope i can put a generic one in

I did have a WP Fastest Cache plugin on my site but that was already deactived, I have since deleted the entire plugin. I noticed this caused issues in the past.
Checkout on my site was working fine as of 8/19/15 till I upgraded the newest version of woocommerce
