    Hotmail and Yahoo appear to be the only two to give us trouble. With Yahoo, I was able to “resend” and the QR code was included in that second email. For some, the QR code was still not included. I was able to get a gmail account from the client and resend to that email, which included QR code. With the Hotmail incident, the customer didn’t receive an email, it also didn’t even populate under Orders as a transaction. But the client was charged. I was able to refund and have the customer sign up with a gmail account.
