I do not have a hosting account that I can deploy to. I also installed divi engine on another site that uses ez toc and the same thing happened. The only active items are:
Divi THEME, ACF or ACF Pro (error existed with both) and Divi Machine.

I was able to get this to work by using another TOC plugin. This ticket can be closed.

I am sorry, I do not understand the comment about going through the help and support settings. I have looked through all the help and support settings for the plugin, toggled and saved anything that I thought may give me different results and nothing changes, no TOC ever displays.

What is the status on the solution for this error? It has been 1 week and 4 days since it was originally reported?

If you do not think that there will be a solution, please let me know today so that I can start to look for a replacement solution.

I was already on version 6.2.2 – I re-installed 6.2.2 just to be sure and the error persists.

One detail I guess I did not include was implementation. I am using the shortcode to implement my TOC’s inside of a text or code module on the page.

Attached. I deactivated everything else though to see if there was an additional plugin conflict and nothing improved. I only have Easy TOC, ACF Pro and Divi Engine activated.

They use Atlassian for bug tracking. I went to the URL of my support ticket in a private browser window and it wanted me to log in. I am not sure that this issue is publicly viewable.

I gave you all the same information I have provided to you. The only thing that they said was to also open a ticket with you regarding the issue.

It would be wonderful if you would contact their support team and work this out rather than me being the intermediary.

The site is in development. All I did was install Divi Machine and the Table of contents would not be visible from the moment it was installed.

Jeff, I got it. I hadn’t updated the short-code in my page.php file within my editor.

OK, I have made some progress. I sent all the imported posts to the trash, and reset the plugin. At this point the PREVIEW started to work exactly as I had wanted it to. But the images still do not show on the home page…

Also, I did some research on an error that I am getting on the admin page, seemed that the reason was due to the version of PHP that I am using. But I thought that I would post it now that there has been some progress in the case that there was something important within it.
