Thank you for reaching us. Tv show episodes block order configured from TV show setting page. Which order we arranged in backed same order will shows in TV show page.

You can also reverse episodes order by using below custom CSS code.

1. Companies are list out which page is configured in Job Listings > Settings > Compay > Company Listings Page ( https://ps.w.org/mas-wp-job-manager-company/assets/screenshot-7.jpg?rev=2191654 ).
2. Search and Filter has to be extended and not part of plugin.
