- Verify whether the issue occurs in any others devices (with Malwarebytes Premium installed) when accessing your site. Upgrade your WP installation to the latest WP version, your plugins, and themes.
- I hope that you aren’t using any pirate themes or plugins. If so, certainly that’s the root cause of your issue because ones can contain malwares.

- Firstly, update your themes. Secondly, update your plugins. Finally, update your WP installation.

In reply to: WordPress is running very late and slow- Did you have previous backups? If not, backup your site immediately for avoiding futher headaches.
- Are you using the latest WP, plugins, themes version? If not, in that order, update the themes, then plugins, and finally the WP install. So, verify whether the issue’s solved or not.
- What current theme are you using? Is one compatible with the latest WP version? Also verify whether the plugins are or not. Then, try to change to the default theme.
- Try to disable all plugins you’ve installed. If your site got back to work. So, maybe the issue’s one or more plugins installed. Enable every one at a time, that way you’ll know exactly which one’s causing the issue.
- Enable the WP debugging and report any error/warning messages you’ve got.

- I got it. No dashboard access. Do you guys have FTP access to the hosting server? The issue reported by you guys could be the current theme and/or some plugin. Having FTP access try to disable the current theme and the plugins. And check out if you manage to get dashboard access again.
- Also enable the WP debugging mode and report in this thread any error/warning messages you guys have got.
- Considering you guys managed to got dashboard access again. Try out to enable one thing (themes and plugins) at one time. That way could help to figure out where the actual issue is. Some specific theme and/or some plugin(s).

- Do you have FTP access to the site for editing the WP files and trying to restore your Dashboard access?
- Having managed FTP access enable the WP debugging mode editing the WP files manually. Then, post in this thread any error/warning messages you’ve got.

The only and most correct option’ is you to buy that theme again (but before check out its compability withthe latest WP version and PHP version that you want to run in your host.
