I’m using Page, Database, Object and Browser. For all I use Memcached.

So I tested with out Dbcache and Object Cache enabled and it appears to fix the issue. I also tried with one or the other only and it causes the missed post issue.

Glad I’m not the only one with this issue

Well I must say I would be willing to pay a few bucks for more fine-grained controls. It would be nice to turn off features within some of the modules that have multiple uses. Looking forward to future updates, this is by far the best SEO plugin out there and it is integrated into WP very well, makes it a cinch to use.

This is very strange, it’s back to not displaying. It seems sometimes it displays fine and other times it doesn’t.

Found it, it looks like Progressive JPG was the issue. I turned that off and it looks to be working again.

I’m suing all Lossy Optimizations, Recompress PNG, Remove Meta and color profile.

I spoke to soon, for some reason @2x images stop displaying once PSS completes caching. If I make a rewriter change it displays the @2xs for a few minutes then starts serving the PSS versions when I check back :-/

AWESOME! I have W3TC off now, it really doesn’t matter anymore since Google is handling every function and then some. The only advantage would be to any traffic that might not get served by Google, which should be none. Also Database caching might help a tad but I doubt it would be noticeable.

Scratch my last reply, I dumped W3TC. It really isn’t needed when using Page Speed Service. That being said I’m not seeing the @2x images loading.

What exactly do you mean a retina group, do you happen to have an idea on the user agents that should be added by chance?

Hey Jordy, I’m giving Google Page Speed a try as well. How exactly do I get it to work properly with the @2x images. If I allow google to serve images they rewrite the URL causing the @2x images not to load due to different URLs.

Also using their resizing setting doesn’t seem to work as my theme is pulling the cropped wordpress images and not using the original and resizing.

Ok I installed the plugin on my test site. I tried applying the verify to an old post and even tried making a new post to see if that made a difference and it didn’t. The only way to have the prompt occur is to set it to site wide.

And FYI I really like the plugin when it works, I noticed all the meta info is still intact and the page is there so google and other bots should have no crawling issues.

I had to deactivate it started prompting the age gate for posts not selected. I’ll upload it to my test site and post a link.

Like I said if I set to sitewide it works fine

So I installed the plugin for the above reason to age gate some posts. I set the check box and selected the correct settings, but the age check doesn’t pop up. However if I set it to require age verification for the entire site it works fine.

Restarted my browser and the issue is fixed. Must have been a browser issue.
