I was using Vancouver – am now using UTC-8 offset
The date picker is now working (thanks sleque)
Haven’t yet confirmed google calendar sync

Thanks – I don’t think setting TZ to UTC is viable for us either given the time difference between UTC and my timezone. I would expect all our clients bookings to be reported and confirmed incorrectly.

I have had to disable the booking system as no version is now working

Salon Version 3.35

I used the plugin called User Role editor

and assigned Salon_staff to the user

You se this account to manage all the booking, not your admin account.
You will also need to download a ‘roles’ plugin and give the new account specific salon privileges to manage the bookings.

I needed to create a separate account without admin privileges to solve this.

i didnt end up using the Salon_Manager role

Shop manager is the role, don’t forget to create a separate admin account first though

I used a “roles” plugin to manually change the permission. Salon Owner and admin are now different accounts. Seems to be still working for me.

It is quite possible.
I have removed the admin role from the Salon Owner, though she insists the customer made the booking herself.
I tested it with a dummy account I made on her site and cant replicate the issue.
This can now be closed.
