Thank you for your answer, I tried different versions of exametrics, from 7.3.0 to 7.3.2 and still have the same behaviour.
I am on a multisite environnement, I tough it might be an issue with caching plugin as I have wp rocket installed, but when I deactivate it, I still have the issue. Is there issues regarding cache on gutengerg ?
