Thank you! I’ve just sent the email with all the steps necessary to log into the site and review the product settings for both the front end and from the admin side. I’ll look forward to your response there, and thank you very much again for your help!

JonHi Elena,
Thank you very much for the prompt response. I’m happy to leave a review (just posted =)).
For the questions:
1) You’re exactly right. I’m referring to a WooCommerce product page and I’d like the vendors using the site to be able to upload files on the front-end. For the multi-vendor capability, I’m using Dokan, but honestly, if it will support the basic WooCommerce product page, I think I can work it into the front-end side of things. Dokan will either pick it up as a product field, or I can add it in myself (I’ve had to make a few modifications already). The website is https://www.minihoarder.com. I’d be happy to send a login link for a test vendor, but would prefer to do that in a private message. I also have a screenshot if that helps (I’m not sure how to upload that, though). If you just want to look at a basic product setup in WooCommerce, I’d be happy to accommodate that as well with a temp account. Just let me know which way you’d like me to go. =)2) That would be fantastic, thank you! I’ll keep a lookout for it.
Thank you very much for your time and help. I really appreciate it!
Kind Regards,

In reply to: [PayPal for WooCommerce] Payment failed due to duplicate order IDHi Oliver,
Changing the invoicing prefix does allow us to run the payment successfully the second time, though this probably isn’t a viable solution for us long-term.
The payment gateway we are using is PayPal Payments Pro 2.0 (PayFlow). We do have logging enabled, and will send the error logs to you directly. Please let me know if I can provide any other information.
Kind Regards,
Jon
