  • Hi,
I’ve just encountered exactly the same error on a site after upgrading to Version 4.0 of WordPress.
Following the suggestion offered by Scott, I re-installed the WordPress 4 core, and the problem has now gone – the site (and menu editor) is now back to working as before.
Many thanks to Scott for his suggestion.
    John

Ditto, but in my case, the message is reporting 1555 characters of unexpected content.

The result on the website seems to be two-fold:
    * the site displays a line of question marks (?) across the top of the page when the plugin is activated
    * I’m unable to locate anywhere on the WordPress dashboard to enable any set up for the plugin

I’ve uploaded version 2.0.03 of the plugin onto WordPress 3.3.2

    Hi,
Can I ask if the failure to display is on all browsers.
I’m finding that the map fails to display on Chrome, although working fine when I use Firefox.
Another colleague has managed to display the map using the Chrome browser, so it seems as though the issue must be hidden somewhere in the settings on my computer – but I’m yet to identify which setting.
