Using a normal RSS feed widget, and things work much better. If you guys ever find an answer to this (as I see lots of people are having it) let me know.

I am having the same problem. Trying to export my site from the Bitnami Local WP stack and the tool hangs on export.

Aaron, I am sorry to be such a bother to you. If WordPress featured a different Twitter app with their JetPack suite of features, then I would most definitely use it instead of pestering you for solutions. I have read the link you redirect nearly everybody who has an issue to many times, retried the setup on several occasions. Trust me when I say that as far as I know, I am filling out all the necessary form fields, etc. I started this thread because that thread didn’t solve my problem, so I’m not sure why this thread is marked resolved. Please re-read my problem, and let me know if you care to try and help me truly resolve the issue. Otherwise, if you know of a different plug in that I can use instead of this one, I am happy to use it.

Hi. Having a similar issue, but when I click the ‘authorize Twitter” button, and then click to authorize from Twitter page, I am simply redirected back to my WordPress login page. I login, and nothing has changed. The authorization did not take.

I am sure I have done everything correctly, ie, filled out all fields, etc.

Any ideas?

I have an issue where I click on button to authorize account, I am redirected to the Twitter Authorization page, I click to authorize, and then get redirected back to the WordPress login page. So I log in, but I haven;’t been authorized. I’ve made several attempts.
