In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] Anywhere to submit a pull request?Thank you for this info. I will share it with our devs. It really would be great to know what version you were running initially. I assume you just updated to the most current version?

We do not provide support for custom code solutions. However, here is the link to our Developer Docs for your review:

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] Registration and Login DefectWhen installed Restrict Content generates a system Welcome page for new members. You can alter that existing page (or create a new, customized one). You would designate that Welcome page in your RC Settings at Restrict > Settings > General > Success Page.
Additionally, if you want to designate a default global setting for the page your members are redirected to when logging in, there are settings in your WordPress dashboard found at Restrict > Settings > Misc > Redirect Default Login URL > Login Page. Hope this helps.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] Don’t send email verificationCan you share just a bit more about how you have things set up? Does you new user sign up with and RC registrations form for a plan that happens to be free free of cost? Additionally, can you share what version of PHP are you running on your server?
Glad to help.
If you navigate to in your WordPress dashboard > Restrict > Misc > Enable Redirect Default Login URL and the specify where the login will redirect to.
Hi. It sounds like RC and Stripe are not communicating back and forth. After clicking the “Set up Stripe and Subscribe” or the “Set up payment gateway” button in your RC settings at Restrict Content > Settings > Payments, did you add the RC webhook and add the 6 events to the webhook so that the two systems can talk back and forth.
See: https://restrictcontentpro.com/knowledgebase/getting-started-with-restrict-content-3-0/ and here for specific information about the webhook and events: https://restrictcontentpro.com/knowledgebase/stripe/

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] Add bulk usersYou can upload your users, just do it in smaller batches. Start with 100-200 records at a time.
Are you upgrading from an old copy of the free Restrict Content to a new version? Or is this the pro version? What version are you upgrading from and to? We normally do not provide custom code support but your hotfix is interesting.
Hi there. This is related to Stripe and their coordination with financial institutions in India. See: https://support.stripe.com/questions/supported-payment-methods-currencies-and-businesses-for-stripe-accounts-in-india

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] Menu items for logged-in users onlyRestrict Content is meant for standard WordPress content, like posts or pages – not menu items. There are plugins in the WordPress repository that will allow you to control the visibility of a menu item for logged in users like User Menus – Nav Menu Visibility or If Menu – Visibility control for Menus which has an integration with RCP in their commercial version.

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] how show membership status to user?We do have developers docs here: https://restrictcontentpro.com/dev-docs/
And this: https://restrictcontentpro.com/knowledgebase/membership-meta/
Note: This is part of the developer docs and is considered custom code.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for custom code at this time as we do not have the additional resources that would be necessary to provide support for custom code.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] Download All DetailsHi. Looking at the basic Customer Details page, it appears to include most of what one would get via the Membership export and what’s available in the Payments export. There are plugins like WP All Export that may help. If there is additional information you need , this would require some custom work, which is beyond the scope of what we can provide. Sorry for the inconvenience.
