I hate to write it down, but it is still not solved

I have added diagnose javascript error in the Wp-config.php. I see no errorlog appear in the debug.log in the wp-content directory.
Also the errors in the server error logs are empty.

I have deleted all files and directories reinstalled the latest version. Same problem. Has it nothing to do with how I name the MySQL database?

I have updated the wp-config.php , problem is the same

The problem is the same with Twenty Fifteen theme. All the plugins are deactivated

When I want to moderate the theme I see the menu to change the heading,colors etc. But the theme itself is blank with a rotating point in a small circle.
It look like it is loading something but nothing happens

I extracted the WP installation zipfile and uploaded the unzipped files to my host. And than started the installation of WP.
