I have the same issue. Willing to collaborate with you in real-time to resolve. We’re probably not the only ones experiencing this and I have no idea how long certain forms on a client site have not been working – but I imagine we are not the only ones experiencing this issue. You can message me here to confirm your identity, then DM me on Twitter by the same handle I’m using here to initiate communication.

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Please remove code that maliciously disables WP-SpamShieldFor me it’s simple, I gotta choose performance over convenience. For others maybe not so much.

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Please remove code that maliciously disables WP-SpamShield@redsand and @foomagoo – As a user I’ll chime in as well.
Like @diegocanal said, “I must say that if I install Plugin Organizer on one of my sites I expect it to deactivate what I tell it to deactivate (even if it is WP-SpamShield), where I tell it to deactivate, no less no more.”
I couldn’t agree more.

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Give us back those buttonHey Jeff, would you consider doing a quick YouTube video tutorial on the logic of this? Seems to be confusing for some. It’s certainly a bit of a mindshift. I’m sure everyone will love it once they adjust to it, have it figured out and mastered.

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Disabling a single plugin on a single pageNow go into the page/post you want to tweak itself. You’ll see an option group which lists all of the installed plugins. From there simply turn them on or off.
Also remember to set your global plugin config first.

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Disabling a single plugin on a single pageIf you want to do this on a page-by-page basis it’s easy. Go to the Settings option. Then turn Selective Plugin Loading on.
I use a blend of this, Custom Post Type Support and Fuzzy URL matching.
Plugin Filters are great because you can set a path and then impact a page, or check a box so that all the children of said page inherit it’s plugin properties.
I normally set up properties here for the home page path. Then I use Plugin Filters for other paths mainly keeping control of things all in one area.
It’s the best plugin ever!
Hey Jeff, one thing I noticed that’s a bit of an annoyance is when you choose Filter Groups, the sub-nav under Plugin Organizer disappears.
I have also seen this when migrating from a dev domain to a live domain. Or http to https. I’ve had to go in and manually update the slugs/permalinks for things to work. I believe the page by page settings work though – but I guess I should go in and check a few.
