Can I get a response to this? I can reword my question if it wasn’t clear. It’s a simple problem that I just need a yes or no answer to?

Do the “initial payments now” + “addition charges later” feature work with 2Checkout?

If not, this will affect my pricing strategy.

UPDATE:

I viewed on of the tables in the “preview” window of the plugin dashboard and the links work! It is only when the table is put on a page/post that they stop working. Hope this information helps you diagnose the issue…
