Thanks @missveronicatv! I’m not sure why that made a difference – I am using php’s mail function in other places – but now I’m getting the email like I expect.

I will do that after we are done with our event’s payment period – I don’t want to mess around with it while it’s actively in-use

If I try to save anything, the page reloads and part I tried to add/adjust/etc is not there. No message that it was saved successfully, but also no error.

For example, I tried adding a text input field. It was added to the list of fields correctly, but after I hit the save button, it’s no longer in the list

actually, I figured it out. I thought the twitch stream name was supposed to be the full url, but it’s not

Actually, scratch that – I was logged in to the timely network. The Extended View plugin seems to have been deactivated, though I don’t know how that happened…

I know this issue was closed, but I am having the same problem again. The [ai1ec view=”stream”] shortcode is no longer displaying anything. I can see that I am still logged in to the Extended View addon through the Timely settings, so I’m not sure why this just stopped all of a sudden. It was working a few days ago (maybe even earlier today), and I haven’t made any updates to my site recently

With all due respect, I have looked through the posts. I realize that you get many people that don’t do that first, but I did.

Additionally, it feels like my initial post wasn’t even read. You suggested that maybe the feeds have no new data, but my original post says that if I use the manual “pull selected feeds now!” button, I get feed updates – but only one at a time, which means I have to push that button over and over until all the new articles are pulled in.
This tells me that:
A) The feeds exist and articles can be pulled
B) There’s something wrong if only one article is being pulled but clicking the pull button grabs a new feed each time

Furthermore, I don’t understand why my issue has been marked as “resolved” when there is no indication anywhere that my issue has been resolved. I certainly have not confirmed it.

There are. I’ve checked the blogs themselves, along with the URL to the rss feeds. One of these blogs is updated weekly, the other at the time was being updated usually a few times a week.

Should have clarified – for feeds that don’t have images you need to select not to show any thumbnail. Instead I wish I could choose a default image from my own media to load for a feed I am trying to pull in, instead of having to choose no thumbnail at all. Either way, no feeds are loading anymore and that’s the problem that the plugin people aren’t responding to at all. Makes me wonder if they’re still supporting their plugin

yeah I had already figured out the post thumbnail part before I even got this issue…I wish they’d give an option for a default image (if desired). All my feeds were loading fine for a while so that was never my problem

I am having trouble as well. I cannot get any posts from https://worldbuilders.org/blog/feed/ even though the newest post shows up in the preview
