AH, my friend, barnez! Thanks again for helping this old girl out! Your plain language is very very helpful! Very clearly written.

Is there something I’m supposed to do with “style information”?
Sorry for my ignorance!

In reply to: Enlarge Page Titles Across TopYou are very wise. Thanks so much for your help! After hearing your words, “train wreck”, in my head, I decided to take the plunge and drop the old “Hotel” theme. I’ve chosen “Nirvana” theme and it’s beginning to look presentable, lol!
What do you think? penrynpark.com There’s a few kinks I need to work out still, but I’m so glad I took your advise.
Any further advise would be most welcome. Thanks again for your help!

In reply to: Theme: NirvanaOh, lol, sorry. Yes, the little graphic of a tree: how do I move it to be in alignment with the title area/box? Thanks
Also, I cannot find the color of the post titles on all the pages, including on the blog page. It’s a sort of gray color and I want it darkened for better visibility. Have any idea where to locate that?

In reply to: Enlarge Page Titles Across TopThanks for your comments, Janis. I see what you mean, thanks for the links. What would you recommend I do to fix it? Or would it be better to scrap it and find a newer theme? I’ve been looking around and truthfully, haven’t seen anything I care too much for. It’s probably because I’ve worked so hard in getting everything “just right” in this theme. (Maybe that’s WHY it’s such a “train wreck”, lol) At this point, I’m a bit terrified about experimenting with trying out new themes since I’ll lose all my preferences. Please advise. Thanks again.
P.S. My website is for a private 11 acre park that my family manages onsite. Members, Scout troops, local groups, etc. schedule events in various areas of the park. The website is used primarily for viewing layout.

In reply to: Make Pages Always VisibleThank you both for answering.
Dan, this Theme does not seem to easily allow color changes. There is no obvious customization of the color of menu links. At this point, I’d prefer to have all the links static in that orange color (hyperlink) and another color or shade/bold when clicked.
Several visitors are not computer-savvy and do not think to hover or check for page links; hence, the reason for my desire to make the page links permanently visible.
Any suggestions? Would inserting a CSS code work?
Thanks again.
