In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Search Results Displaying Multiple LanguagesHi, they just add in a shortcode to my knowledge. So for example:
[:en]Which Homes Have Appreciated the Most?[:es]?Qué casas han apreciado más? [:]
Within the post editor, there are also tabs to choose from to switch between editing the English and Spanish version of the post. Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WPeMatico RSS Feed Fetcher] Latest Release Broke the Auto Posting FeatureThank you, a couple things though:
1) Where can I open a ticket?
2) I’m not sure what debug file you are referring to.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WPeMatico RSS Feed Fetcher] Latest Release Broke the Auto Posting FeatureHi there,
As I mentioned, I had the latest version (1.3.7.1) but had to revert back to 1.3.6 since 1.3.7.1 was not working. So no, unfortunately I no longer have version 1.3.7.1.

In reply to: [qTranslate X] Cannot Switch Between Languages AnymoreAny news on this? We had to remove the language switcher because people who switched from English to Spanish were unable to switch it back to English, causing a great deal of frustration. Please advise.

In reply to: [qTranslate X] Cannot Switch Between Languages AnymoreYou can try by going to https://www.keepingcurrentmatters.com/blog and using the dropdown in the top-right to switch from English to Spanish…and then back to English. If I’m logged in, it will kick me out and take me to the homepage. If I’m not logged in, it will just refresh the page but stay in Spanish.

In reply to: [qTranslate X] Switching between languagesSo it seems like when I fix one issue it breaks the other and vice versa. Unchecking that option (disabling language cookie) allows me to switch back from language to language. However, it keeps the language across the whole site instead of just on the blog. I guess I’ll have to choose the lesser of two evils…? Just weird that this is happening ever since we switched over to qtranlsate-x from mqtranslate… =/

In reply to: [qTranslate X] Switching between languagesAbove is our test site where we seem to be having the issue at all times.
However, on our live site (https://www.keepingcurrentmatters.com/blog), it seems to be sporadic. Some of our members are reporting the “stuck in Spanish” issue no matter what browser they use. The only way we can replicate the issue on our live site is to use an “icognito” window in Chrome or use Firefox.
Better yet, both the live site and the test site have the same options set. We’ve disabled the language cookie because we don’t want the browser to remember their language across the whole site (just the blog). Despite having the “Hide Content which is not available for the selected language” option checked, it still tries to take you to the spanish verison of a page even though there is nothing there.
