As you can see in the first image, the header is being displayed twice, the desktop version and the mobile version are displayed at the same time.
Also the menu is displayed with a white background and expands for each item.

I have already read the page several times and tried to apply it, but instead of improving, I drop some points in PageSpeed Insights, so I left it as it was before.
I just want to know if it is possible to exclude a section, like the header of the page, because the LiteSpeed plugin works perfectly for the rest of the page, except for the header.

What happens with the header is that the menu expands to almost the entire screen and becomes blank, and the desktop and mobile headers are also displayed at the same time. But it only happens the first few seconds after the page loads, then it fixes itself. But the problem is that this is affecting me in the PageSpeed Insights metrics.
