It is hosted on a normal CPanel Linux server, I have the original theme file, as you can always get updates from ThemeForest. I don’t have any local server version, it was built on the Linux server.
Layout, CSS, no JS, a lot of the pages use a plugin gallery that I added, custom fonts, custom sliders.
