I actually selected the theme by seeing the bottom part. that 3 columns I wanted to include in my site – https://www.thinkpayday.co.uk. But which part i have to use for that? not footer?

I have a website –https://www.speedycashadvance.co.uk. I want to add a .html application page and .php contactus page. How to do that?
