This is exactly what I did. You can see in the product drop down menu WooCommerce Subscriptions is nowhere to be found (unless I’m missing something).
The pop up you’re talking about is where I’m asked for system status (which doesn’t work, so I couldn’t get it).

I followed your link and submitted a request: it asks for product, but there is no “woocommerce subscriptions” in the drop down menu, so I selected the core plugin; it asks for link, so I linked the test site you guys provided where the issue occurs; then it asks for system status but when I try to get it, your test site goes to critical error, so I typed the best explanation I could instead. When I click submit, it just refreshes the page with no ticket number, no result, no nothing.
If I’m making any mistake, I apologize, but for now it doesn’t seem to me it is anyway easy to discuss a problem with you.
Anything I can do better? I accept advice.

It has to be said, I only used this forum because the same page you linked referred here in case I couldn’t find the answer to my problem in the troubleshooting and the guide.
