Thanks for the response. I was able to resolve the error where the script was showing in the body tag i.e: <body class= “<script….>
I did this by goin into Settings > GN Publisher > Features then uncheck the first box “increase revenue and improve reader engagement”
This disabled the script I had entered at “Enter snippet code from Google” .
I then added the script in a more traditional way – using Code Snippets – to insert the needed script into the site <header>
Hopefully this will help someone else who might experience the same.
Thanks
Jim

In reply to: [Broadcast] Broadcast ignores taxonomy blacklistI can confirm that it works brilliantly! Thanks ??
I’ve been having the same problem for sometime and decided to try an address it today.
I suspect they don’t want this used in a multisite environment and forgot to tell the multisite users that this would no longer be available.
Makes you just want to jump up and buy Pro with confidence right? It’s not even addressed as a multisite feature on Pro – so I suspect an oversight.
Oh, well, it used to be nice and work

@froekjaer – I could not agree with you more strongly
Is there some other method to contact for this type of support? I see several that have these types going unanswered.
Is this not the “official” way to contact for support?
Please advise
Branko from Social Snap replied to my support ticket – thanks.
This issues was resolved with a clearing of our cache.
Thanks for your help
Jim
I have manually installed jQuery – it has not fixed this issue
I wanted to add that I am using a theme (Acabado) that does NOT use jquery. Sifting through ‘socialsnap.js’ I see a call to jQuery right up front.
Could this be the issue?
Thanks for the reply.
It does not work with the Acabado theme. As a temp. fix I went into header.php and removed the hard coded reference to Google Fonts and GStatic.
Not a permanent fix

In reply to: [Genesis Blocks] Is this a Bug or as intendedThanks for checking in on that and sorry for the trouble. I guess my cache was telling me lies as I can NOT see it now either.
Thanks – marked as resolved.

In reply to: [Genesis Blocks] Is this a Bug or as intendedCorrect. Custom functions loaded via call from theme function.php
So, the custom function loads for all 32 subdomains

In reply to: [Genesis Blocks] Is this a Bug or as intendedGenesis Blocks was activated via network – FA Deenqueued via custom function.
I’m still seeing FA via Incognito – not as logged in. I’ve cleared all cache’s – but apparently not everything has reached me yet

In reply to: [GN Publisher: Google News Compatible RSS Feeds] Summary Feed – NOT full feedHey Chris – thanks for the quick response. I keep plugins updated at all times – but failed to check for the last update.
Deactivating this plugin resolved the issue
Thanks

In reply to: [Individual Multisite Author] Plugin Conflict with Yoast SEO PremAlthough disabling he IMA plugin ‘fixed” Yoast Premium – disabling Classic Editor also ‘fixed it’.
I can’t seem to find the real issue – but I would marked this as solved as it clearly feels like a Yoast Premium issue with perhaps multiple plugins.
Thanks for your feedback
