Not sure what you mean by “create tag in GTM4WP”. There are no tags to create in the plugin. Just in Google Tag manager.
For instance, when I go to a cart page (without CartPops, just the WooCommerce cart page), it tracks everything – view/add/remove/update/etc along with the data (like product information added/removed). With CartPops, nothing happens. If I create a custom tag in Google Tag Manager I can fire a custom event when the user clicks a button like add to cart, but no additional information (like product info) gets added to the data layer. It also doesn’t track view/close/add/remove/etc.
