Just to expand on this… this plugin doesn’t write to your database of post data. Thus, the TOC it compiles is necessarily dynamically generated by the plugin each time the post loads.

I just add the following CSS:

#ez-toc-container {
  font-family: myfont, sans-serif ;
}

I’d like to bump @sonnendieb’s question, because I have it, too.

Some icons work fine for me (e.g., coffee, download) but others don’t (e.g., file-archive or file-pdf).

I can’t figure out why.
