Rainer2: I can get in the back end fine, my dashboard is an absolute mess, though; can barely understand it. It doesn′t (as far as I can tell) seem to be affecting the site itself, though. Tried deactivating all plugins and reinstalling: same effect.

keesiemiejer: I can log in. Checked wp-config, and its set to false. Checked the master list and nothing there seems to address my problem.

I went to the user.php file mentioned in the warning and this is what it says: ” if ( 0 !== strpos( $key, $wpdb->base_prefix ) ) “

I have no idea what that means; its all PHP to me. Ideas, anyone?

Hi, I was running Jetpack on my site. I disabled it for a little while to check for plugin conflicts and since I reactivated it I can′t get it running again. It asks me to connect to WordPress.com again and when I clic on it to do so, it just directs me back to my own homepage.

Help?

Hi, I was running jetpack with WP 3.2.1. and it worked fine (buddypress site), until I deactivated it to run a check of possible conflicts with another plugin (the problem was with the other plug in, not this one.)

Problem is I can′t get it running since I′ve reactivated it; whenever I clic the “connect w/ WP.com” button, it just takes me to the homepage of my own site.

Help?

Just tried v.0.4.0. The “documents” tab appears again – OK – but now the problem is that when I click on it, it says it can′t find the page https://mysite.com/groups/mygroup/documents/ : it just says “page not found”. Therefore, I STILL can′t see the uploaded documents or upload new documents. Please help…

Confirm that. The “Documents” tab disappeared from my group pages when I updated to 1.5.

The documents are still there, though, as I can access them through external links.

From there, I can see the actual route is https://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/group-documents/… and then a long string of numbers which I think is the file name assigned to it by GD. Unless you know what it is, you won′t be able to access them through your browser; but you might find them using this route in your ftp file manager.

At any rate I hope GD is updated real soon, I just finished loading course material into my course′s group yesterday, and now its totally useless without the tab.

Don′t know if this helps: in my case the problem stopped when I did not empty my recycle bin. That is; I deleted the repeat posts (which I set to show as “pending” until I approved them), and then just left them in the recycle bin. The moment I empty the recycle bin, the repeat posts appear again as “pending”.

Yo! What′s the story, here? A few days back I started having duplicate posts problemas again, all of a sudden: 62 posts that I have to delete over and over again. I went to the FWP website, and it hasn′t been updated since the release of v. 2011.0602! I′ve left comments twice, but they aren′t even published, much less answered. Anybody know what′s up? Has this project been abandoned? Do I have to find an alternative?

Day 4: SUCCESS! No splogs created and I′ve checked feeds for any activity other than my site′s; there all clean.

I′m using BP 1.2.8 and just updated yesterday to WP 3.1.4.

WangGuard statistics show no change from yesterday morning (657/331) but the question statistics show a total 30 wrong answers, so I guess its working (I would have thought that would reflected on the WG statistics as well…?)

Day 3: sorry but I created the questions, and there seems to be no improvement: 17 items on my feeds this morning, all splogger activity. I think I made a mistake, though: I posed math problems and then wrote the answers in numbers, rather than letters. I′m going to change it now and let you know tomorrow.
