It looks as though I needed to use the columns feature instead of “default” so I believe I was able to resolve this on my own. Thank you for your response. Should we need anything further once the site is live I will open a ticket.

I can certainly reply back to this thread when the site is live. Ideally we will be able to find a solution before that time.

The menu is built within the “menus” section, but instead of being vertical, we would like it to be horizontal as shown in the first image link. The second image is the vertical menu that we are seeing now.

That is what we are getting now. Would there be a way to make it so the sub sub menu only appears on hover? Otherwise we can explore a solution of writing a menu with custom html on the sub menu page that it relates to if need be.
Or we can wait until this is live for you to see the code directly as I am sure that will help greatly with this process.

If sub sub menu could appear below the sub menu that would be great. If it is easier sub sub menu to appear vertically below sub menu that would be fine.

This overlap occurred even before we added images to the submenu as well.
I would invite you to see it in action but it is currently private for development purposes.

Thanks for taking a look. You are correct, we were able to restore the site.
The theme itself is fairly dated (I think 2004).
I checked and I used twenty-seventeen as a default to test.
We are going to be setting up a developer site to work on from now on to hopefully prevent this sort of thing in the future. If I have to remake pages, so be it.
Unfortunately not being a developer myself I’ll be unable to modify the multiple calls of jQuery (not seeking assistance, just stating this in case someone reads this later and asks if I did anything with it). Hopefully the theme we intend to switch to will help with removing those issues.
It is very interesting that pages were effected once published…I guess we’ll see what happens on the dev site once that gets going.

I wish at this time we could go with the premium theme, but at this time it isn’t in the business budget.
I don’t suppose I could still get css to assist with this?

Have you gotten in touch with https://www.geometricbox.com/wordpress-support-help-phone-number/ that is listed in your site footer? Perhaps they will have more information? Otherwise you can try to look it up via whois
