I just noticed on the Firewall page my IP address is listed under the Top IPs Blocked.
How can I remove that block?
Is there a way to allow a user or IP address?

On the main plugin page

Right side click on Advanced View
You can select the version at the bottom of that page.
Ver 1.6.34 should work if not go back earlier.
In WordPress backend select Install plugin then select the file you downloaded.
When asked say yes to install uploaded version.

I do not have an active license. I am hoping to purchase one but if I can’t get the shortcodes to work with the free version like they’re supposed to I’m reluctant to purchase.
So I’m asking for help with the free version please to start.
