FWIW I just did the Roll back Super Page Cache to v4.7.13 and the edit is working normally again.

So, for us it appears that a script (Call Tracking Metrics) is issuing 2 event listeners. We’re staring a dialog with them and will report back.

It would be nice to somehow let CF7 know that we’re using a subdomain in the FROM field to avoid the error notification. Some our customers SPF records are pretty long so we use [email protected] so that it can have it’s own SPF record when we’re setting up a postmark or mailgun account for relaying their messages.

I’m seeing it across all my Cpanel accounts. Here’s what’s hitting the error_log:
