I am still facing these issues, just attempted quadmenu pro update via wp admin plugins and received the following errors:

If can please let me know I am still having issues with your website as explained previously

Also I am still unable to login to your website using your login from the main menu on your site ?? Very sad to see still after all this time.

Your website is a nightmare, still I am having problems (seems you have removed your own login popup from the menu) and I am unable to login from the login page, I enter my saved email and password and I am told “Invalid username or email.” and the same thing when I enter my email and attempt to reset the password!????

I am wondering is that even legal, surely I purchased the 1 time license with terms stating it was valid for a lifetime.. no?
Also you didn’t refer to your website not working (the quadmenu and I am currently unable to renew the licensee as stated above), please can you let me know, thankyou!
VERY VERY VERY UPSET ABOUT A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND ANOYED WITH THESE DEVELOPERS, THEY CAN AT LEAST INFORM PEOPLE AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING.
Please do let me know where I can find this “extremely attentive and efficient” propovoice team ..as after 8 months of waiting I cant get a positive reply to an email… lots of excuses about emails not working, to contact them via ticket system, contact them via chat (both of which have recently disappeared) very upset about how much time and energy wasting on this.

Issue was caused by password required field not being checked in general settings
