I use File-Explorer by GaMerZ. It works very well.

I get a couple of IE runtime errors when going to your site.

What was that plugin that caused the problem?

I’m at work, so maybe out security and firewall cause the slowness of laoding.

Takes 80 seconds just for the initial view in IE. Then takes almot another minute to load all the graphics and stabilize.

When I clicked on Locus, it took almost a monute to load and way too long to stabilize. I’m not sure what else you could do to speed it up.

I like the design but not your color scheme.

courtneyelizabeth: You do need more whitespace. I’m viewing in IE and it needs a little help.

katie1: You seem to have a footer problem while viewing in IE.

Unfortunately, the Internet is very impersonal. Words mean different things to different people (and even the same people) at different times. I can read one thing now and interpret it one way because of the way I am feeling. Tomorrow, I can read it and interpret it a completely different way. That is one problem with email and other type of communications that are only in print.

I think we all fall into the same trap. I expect an answer because of the situation I was in when I submitted the request for help. We need to chill.

We need to take what someone is saying and either try to help or not. Don’t be judegmental. I get enough of this judegmental crap at work when I reply to an email with a joke and my boss criticizes me because someon might take it the wrong way. If we thought how many people might take something we say in the wrong way, then there would be a lot of silence.

I will continue to try and help people when I can.

I believe I have seen the solution to create a new template file from the page template for your theme. Then modify the new template to only include the galleries categories. Then create a page which uses that template.

Why can’t you do it the same way you did it for the posts? It seems like every category is a gallery.

I’ve been using the Relaxation_3column theme. Do you think what you’ve done would be easily transferable to it?

I was looking for a gallery plugin but you have none. However, I did find that you are using SimpleViewer for your galleries, outting each gallery on a page. If you go to their web site, you’ll see instructions on how to create galleries. There is also a SimpleViewerAdmin. Do you know if you have that (I would think you do)?

Do you have phpmyadmin access so that you can see if there is data in the sql table?

First of all, your site looks great. I think the first thing to do is to see what plugins you are using. You could be using a particular gallery plugin. When you are in Admin, click on the Plugins tab. Then see what plugins are “activated”. This will be a help.

I like the theme a lot. I like the way all posts and archive appear with the sidebars (to keep the same look on everything). The colors seem to fit well. Mousing over the link in More to Explore doesn’t seem to do anything in IE6, however.

You might also want to check out the WP-Polls plugin.

There is a plugin called acronym-replacer-revisited. If my memory is working, it allowed you to create a list of acronyms and on mouseover in a post, a definition and link would appear. Maybe it could e modified to pop up an image??? Since I’m at work, please email me and I’ll look at the plugin tonight.

I’m sure other people will also come up with a solution for you.
