Is the admin order notification e-mail the only one that is not sent? If so, please go to the edit page of that e-mail template and check if there are three actions: Order Pending to Processing for admin, Order Pending to Completed for admin, Order Pending to On-Hold for admin on the Actions list in the Email Data metabox.

@smolle – already solved via e-mail, it was a problem with the configuration of All In One SEO.

@dudulle – fixed (a CSS problem).

Could you check it if it’s fine now, please? One of your products didn’t have the Standard tax class selected.

It’s fixed now. We saved the product again and now it shows up.

You can use the Checkout Fields Manager extension to remove all the billing and shipping methods in checkout. However, proceeding an order will generate some errors on the Thank you page but the order will be listed in Jigoshop -> Orders in the administrator panel. Asking for user data after making an order is not possible.
