Maybe, I do wrong to the last step.
When I installed the shortcode in menu plugin,
On the left side under “pages”, there is “shortcode”,
I add it to my menu and
I type under title : [prisna-google-website-translator]
I tried to check “Classes CSS” in screen options, and to put the code in the css line..
it doesn t work too

1 – “Under Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS and paste”
I did it. it’s ok.
2 – “Under Appearance > Editor, select ‘header.php’ on the right:
Find and delete: “link-effect”
I didn’t found the “EDITOR” under APPEARANCE to select ‘header.php’
Do you know where I can find this “header.php” ? (It’s not under “Appearance”)
