@vestimir, the code given by you is not working, i add those code in my function.php page, but no change, it always shows “wordpress 3.7.1 is available, please update now” in the dashboard

thank u very much..And one thing,after I host my website in a live server, how can I access the WP-admin, which user name and password I given? I just test this, but username and password error appears, how can I solve this?

yes, first I export the wordpress.sql file to my hard drive and then I go to my live server, open phpmyadmin, select database and then import my wordpress.sql file, bt that time the same error appears

i used the Customizr theme and was download form the appearance->theme->instal theme option in the wordpress dashboard
