Well in this case, the person really did what they said they did. So now that we got that sorted out.

Fresh install with ONLY the wp-config.php brought over. 2014 theme set, no plugins (aside from what comes with fresh install and none of those are activated.) Same issue. Same behavior.

Reinstalled using latest.tar.gz, latest.zip, and wordpress-4.0.zip even. Not sure how a bad install could be to blame.

Hell, even custom code at this point is suspect seeing as how all that’s foreign is the config file itself.

Server is my own. CentOS, nginx+php-fpm. Up-to-date across the board.

The screenshot would show the string of code I posted above… I’m not sure how else to break this down for you. The changelog doesn’t even explain what changed/was added. Sticking to 1.2 works for me, but I would imagine this is something you would want to address.

This is with current wp 3.8.1, I neglected to mention that. Apologies for the oversight.

Amolv – It appears as though you didn’t read/understand my initial post.

It doesn’t break soundslide projects, it breaks the add media function of WP by doing the above to the inserted code string instead of (for example) providing a [caption xxxxx]<img src=xxxxx>[/caption] string for an image.

1.2.1 breaks core WP functionality. 1.2 works fine. It is what it is.

I have also run into this issue and hope a fix is on its way. Great plugin otherwise.

    Thanks in advance.
