I, too, am struggling to disable or work around the cropping feature in the free Customizr theme.

I need to display mostly 4:3 and 3:4 aspect ratio images, creating white space in the slider. (It would be nice to also be able to make that “black” space.)

I have tried to resize the images and adjust the slider height – but have yet to be successful.

If this cannot be easily achieved with the free version of the theme, would the Pro version offer any benefit?
