Having the same issue on one of my sites, the one site running on a IIS machine.

Running the most current version of both WordPress and BackWPUp (as of this writing anyway, 03.20.2013).

Any resolutions to this found?

Had the same “naked’ url issue, the above fix worked for me as well.

For clarity changed lines 963 & 964 from:

COOKIEPATH,
str_replace('https://www','',get_bloginfo('url')));

to just one line:

COOKIEPATH);

Sure. I’m running 0.9.2.3 right now, I’ll try again with the next update.

I didn’t think to look at the time. However, I turned off the minifying and that seemed to resolve the problem.

My back ups stopped around the same time. and I get all of the same “good to go” message.

I’m having similar issues
