Yes, you may mass activate the White Label CMS on your multi-site and you need to configure in every subsite.

I recommend you to export your initial setup and import it to each subsite.

Unfortunately, White Label CMS does not support the renaming of Admin menu titles.

I noticed that you have a User Editor Plugins, kindly check your settings.
Unfortunately, White Label CMS does not have the capacity to disable users’ access to the WP-Admin section.

What you can do is to export, reset and re-import the White Label settings.

Note, you need to use your super admin account for this.

1. Go-to {YOUR-SITE}/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms&wlcms-action=export, it will download your White Label CMS settings
2. Next, go-to {YOUR-SITE}/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms&wlcms-action=reset
3. After reset, it will redirect you to the settings page of White Label CMS, scroll down at the bottom then import the downloaded settings, after you selected the downloaded setting click save to process the import
4. Click save button again to make sure that you will gain access as White label CMS Admin

The easiest way is to create a new administrator account. If the Users menu is hidden, kindly go to /wp-admin/users.php, add a new admin user and log-in using the new user account. Then, reconfigure White label cms settings.

Sorry to hear that, what you can do is to override the border property from Settings -> White Label CMS -> Login, then under Custom CSS section, try to add this code:

What I can advise you is to use the User Role Editor plugin and adjust the permission for the Editor role.

The quickest I can suggest is to export the settings then import in each sub-site.
