Some specific information on my problem that might be helpful…

I have a flagged activity feed post, and it shows up correctly in the admin dashboard for BP Moderation.

If I click “View” on the item, it attempts to take me to https://quiltersbug.com/activity/p/266/ which give me a 404 error.

However, from the Members List in BuddyPress, if I click “View” on the user’s current “status” (the activity post that has been flagged), I’m taken to https://quiltersbug.com/members/james/activity/265/ and the item displays properly.

So it seems to me that perhaps the wrong URL is being generated by the plugin and being offered as the “View” link in the dashboard.

WRONG: https://quiltersbug.com/activity/p/266/

CORRECT: https://quiltersbug.com/members/james/activity/265/

Notice that in addition to the directory path being different, the correct activity ID is different as well.
