Yes, I had Jetpack. For the moment I have deactivated both Jetpack and Hummingbird to try to find the problem.

The site is still not showing properly; the same problem I listed above.

Can you tell me how to uncompress the CSS, essentially restoring it to when the site worked properly?

This is a brand new issue. The colors were more vivid/opaque/bright for about 2 weeks and they became muted only today.

I cleared the CDN and all cache.

I’ve checked this on Chrome on a tablet; the colors are muted. I’ve also seen this on Safari on a mobile. See:

I am now receiving submitted files as attachments and PDF submissions are working.

One point. See file directory below. There is no “/wp-content/wp_dndcf7_uploads” directory.

Is there another location?

Also:

In settings I’ve unclicked “Send Attachment as links?” and it still sends the attachment as a link. I don’t see where in my WP dashboard where the file is.
