That support you’ve had, well, there isn’t any.

That agent shouldn’t be working for TutorLMS.

Just to add, the pop up is actually super awesome too! Does exactly what it’s supposed to, and the design you can implement is great.

Thanks for your note.

So I tried what you said; and disabled the existing theme, and activated twentytwelve and it was fine.

Hence realised it was a conflict with the actual theme and WP. So I went to the themes developer and apparently there was an issue with WP 3.5 and above with his theme, so he’s updated his theme and I’ve reinstalled it and its all good!

I can’t update my website with any images. Its quite bad as I’ve to load a time table for my fitness classes.
