In reply to: Semiologic and PodcastingDenis,
I have it working now. I had a couple of issues. At first I did not link the right directory (duh) and then I entered the link by hand rather than copying the link location and pasting. I didn’t think it would matter, but when I copied the link location, the RSS formated correctly. It works great now.
Thankfully, I have not yet upgraded this site to WP2 yet. I am currently running a test site with WP2 and Semiologic on it. I want to avoid bugs if at all possible.
BTW, I am probably going to be developing a blog soon that might be able to send you some business. Would you be interested in doing a short interview about your product via email that I could post?
Thanks,

In reply to: Show author name in Semiologic?Denis,
Would an install of the newest version solve this?
Also, will the new Pro package have the translator I noticed functioning on the demo version the other day?

In reply to: Where is the blog when using Static Front Page?@ Denis,
Line 1043 appears to be:} // end sem_display_category(
When I change it, it gives me an error at line 1043. If you could, give me the line before and the line after it so that I can make sure I am replacing the correct line. Thank you for all your help.

In reply to: Where is the blog when using Static Front Page?estjohn,
That’s not quite the same problem I have. I want a static front page and then a normal blog as a link. In other words, I want the /archives/category/blog/ section to actually work like a blog (ie. to list an excerpt after each title) rather than just offer a list of titles from posts.

In reply to: Where is the blog when using Static Front Page?Denis,
Is there any way you could help me out with editing the code so that an excerpt from the post would appear on the page. This is far beyond my abilities at present.

In reply to: Where is the blog when using Static Front Page?Dennis,
I wanted to have the same thing that amirs wanted– a static front page and a blog that displays posts either fully or with an excerpt. I have done everything you suggested, but it still displays a list of links to posts categorized as blog. Do I need to change the category archives template to make the blog display in one of the above fashions? If so, I am not sure exactly how to change it, nor have I been able to find it so that I can change it. Do you have any suggestions?
